How do I return an item?
All sales are final with custom bows as they are start-to-finish built per customer’s specifications HOWEVER we do want every customer to be COMPLETELY satisfied. Therefore the policy for custom bows is that Fedora's agrees to alter the product according to the clients request as possible and by the judgement of Fedora's, meaning we must be sure such alterations are safe, and if necessary to replace the product to the satisfaction of the customer. In the event that Fedora's has made an error and the product does NOT meet the specifications of the customer’s order, Fedora's claim responsibility for Shipping charges and or alterations. All or any shipping charges are the expense of the customer. Fedora's does not charge additional fee's to alter the product under normal conditions however if the product had met the specifications of the customer initially and there are above normal conditions for alterations a non-profit or minimal fee may be charged however, this is very rare. Fedora's also agree that at the time final payment has been made and the customer requires alterations or replacement, Fedora's is willing to lend a similar product to the customer for the duration of the alteration or replacement at the customer’s request. Fedora's agree to make alterations or replacements in a responsible time frame as a high priority. Please keep in mind the goal of Fedora's is that EVERY customer is COMPLETELY satisfied with our products
